Refund Policy

1. 30-Day Workmanship Guarantee

Every installation and setup service performed by VZSetup is backed by a 30-day workmanship guarantee. If you experience any issue directly attributable to our installation technique or setup within 30 days of service, we will return and correct the issue at no additional charge.

2. Refund Eligibility

A full or partial refund may be issued in the following circumstances:

• The service was not completed due to fault on VZSetup’s part
• The technician caused verifiable damage during the service and remediation is not possible
• The service provided does not match what was quoted and agreed upon

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of service and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Services that were completed as quoted and agreed upon
• Issues caused by the customer’s own equipment, existing wiring, or structural problems
• Customer preference changes after service is completed
• Services affected by conditions the customer failed to disclose prior to booking
• Diagnostic fees where the technician identified and explained the issue (even if no repair was performed)

4. Cancellations

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at no charge if notice is provided at least 2 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Late cancellations (less than 2 hours notice) or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to $50, which covers the technician’s travel time and administrative costs.

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the service. VZSetup reserves the right to offer service credit in lieu of a monetary refund where applicable.
